YEREVAN, Armenia - In Fall 2015, the American University of Armenia (AUA) Master of Laws (LL.M.) program is offering a new “Corporate Governance” course taught by Adelaida Baghdasaryan, AUA LL.M. program alum, Interim Chair, and Lecturer.
