Raffi (Philippe) Kalfayan is an international attorney with extensive experience in human rights.   He is lawyer and consultant with Stradev Conseils outside Paris, specializing in international law.He has served as a expert at the Council of Europe since 2003 and for the past 21 years, has been with the International Federation of Human Rights Leagues in France, with the French acronym FIDH, in different capacities, including secretary general.
